Product Description
Steel Pipe internal Surface Shot Blasting Machine:
This series shot blasting machine is used for cleaning and removing the scale, rust layer, welding slag and other impurities on the external surface of steel pipe so as to let it show the metallic sheen and improve pull-resisting and press-resisting strength of the workpiece surface with certain surface rough degree, which could improve adhesive strength for protection of surface paint residue and be helpful to improve paint quality of steel pipe or tube, reaching the purpose of corrosion-proof, protecting and extending use life of steel pipe or tube.
Product Application
Steel pipe shot blasting machine is suitable for the batch steel pipe before welding or painting on its outer surface continuous shot blasting treatment, cleaning thoroughly, in addition to the scale and other contaminants, and is an expert in the pipeline cleaning. Through blasting processing, to obtain smooth surface with certain roughness, increase the coating adhesion, improve the quality of surface and antiseptic effect. Its excellent cleaning performance let past labour-intensive sandblasting and wire brush method become out of date. At the same time, the function of steel pipe shot blasting will production costs to a minimum, and greatly improve the output.
